Kos ili Kos (grčki: Κως) je grčko ostrvo, deo lanca ostrva Dodekanez u jugoistočnom Egejskom moru, nedaleko od obale Anadolije u Turskoj. Glavni grad ostrva i sedište opštine je grad Kos. Na ostrvu se nalazi tvrđava iz 14. veka na ulazu u luku, koju su 1315. godine podigli Vitezovi hospitalci, kao i još jedna tvrđava iz vizantijskog perioda u Antimahiji. Stara agora. Stara pijaca na Kosu smatrala se jednom od najvećih u antičkom svetu. Na zapadnoj strani, iskopavanja su dovela do otkrića prostorija sa mozaicima na podu koji prikazuju borbe zveri, temu koja je bila veoma popularna na Kosu.
